How can I order?

You can easily place an order using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to your cart, log in, and proceed with the ordering process. You will receive an order summary via email when your order is complete. Your order summary will be saved in your account as well.

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please try again in a few moments. If your payment is still not accepted, please check the balance on your account. If everything seems to be in order, but you are still unable to make the payment, please contact (support@misstrange.com) to notify us of the issue. We can manually manage the order.

How do I request an exchange or return?

We want you to have the greatest experience possible with us. Thus we provide returns that are valid for 30 days after the date of arrival. Your own shipping expense for returning your goods will therefore be your responsibility.
