Shipping Information
Misstrange is committed to delivering your order with high-quality packaging on time. Except for Sundays and public holidays, we ship every day of the week. All orders are processed from our UAE office. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address specified at the time of purchase. We ship nationally and internationally only through reputed courier agencies to ensure that your order arrives in good condition and on time. Processing the order normally takes 4-6 working days, and then shipping takes 2 – 4 working days.
Orders
Depending on the availability of the fabrics, delivery will occur within 7 days. Before placing an order, please review the shipping schedule for each style.
Every item on our website should always be available for purchase. We will promptly notify you within two working days of your purchase if an item you purchased is no longer in stock and will refund you in full for the unavailable item.
Processing Your Order
After you place your order, you will receive an email with a summary of your order. Delivery may take longer in a few locations due to our logistics partners' access to your area. In such cases, we will contact you. If you require a garment by a specific date, please get in touch with our team and notify us at customercare.misstrange@gmail.com
Each product's shipping cost is listed separately. When ordering multiple products, the system totals all individual shipping charges. As a result, if a customer orders three products, all individual delivery charges associated with each product are charged. Thus, when a customer orders multiple products, the delivery fee is calculated separately. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. When placing your order, please select your shipping zone. Our international shipping charges vary with the size. A reputable courier partner will deliver your order. Allow up to three weeks for your package to arrive. Depending on customs, some areas may take longer.
Modes of Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards (including Mastercard and Visa), digital wallets (Pay TM, GPay, etc.), UPI, and Net Banking options from major banks. We accept major credit cards for all international transactions (including Mastercard & Visa).
Cancellation
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it. We will refund the full amount if you cancel your order before it ships.

All of our prints and styles are created in-house. Every garment is sewn in our family-owned business. We ship from our own warehouse and sell our clothing exclusively in our retail stores and on this website.
