(1) Returns
(1.1) If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt in its original condition with all tags intact. On receipt, we will issue a full refund (excluding the actual delivery charge).
(1.2) Please take care to avoid putting anything that could stain or add scent to clothing when trying it on, such as perfume, deodorant, smoke, makeup, etc. We will be unable to accept any returned item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been adhered to.
(1.3) The item(s) must be sent back to us via postal service along with a statement indicating the reason for the return and any other accompanying documents.
(1.4) All returned items must be tracked and returned to Misstrange’s Returns Department. This allows us to access tracking information at any time and on the occasion that the return is misplaced during transit.
(1.5) If you’ve misplaced your return note, simply include a piece of paper with your order number, name, and reason for return. Alternatively, we can send you an email with a copy. You can also use the link at the bottom of the page to download our standard return form template.
(1.6) When returning an item, the customer must ensure that it arrives safely and within the return time frame.
(1.7) For international customers, we advise utilising a monitored delivery service that covers the value of the returned item(s) in case it is lost in transit.
